SWIMMING POOL GAMES

Age divisions: 6-10, 11-15, 16-100
The Party will be divided into 3 teams. Team 1, 2, 3
Each GAME will have an example.
GAME 1: PIGGYBACK ATTACK (6 rounds 40 points)
Everyone finds a partner about the same size as you within your team. One partner will be on the shoulders of the other partner facing off with an opposing team. At the command of “PIGGYBACK ATTACK!” Only Players on top will TRY TO PUSH their opponent off the shoulders & into the pool. NO SLAPPING, NO SCRATCHING, NO PUNCHING, NO TACKLING, NO BITING, NO TOUCHING THE HEAD OR FACE! The team that falls into the water first is eliminated & moves to the side! You will then find another opponent and wait for “PIGGYBACK ATTACK!” to start. You will keep competing until there is only one team left. For safety, keep to the middle of pool away from landing near concrete sides.

round 4- switch positions with partner; winning team 5pts
Round 5 & 6
round 5 - all out piggyback attack where you try to push all other teams in the water. The last team standing is the winner.
Winners 10pts.

GAME 2: BUILD THE TALLEST HUMAN BUILDING (27 pts.)
Each team will have 30 seconds to quickly create the tallest human structure.
Boys vs boys 5pts winning team, 2nd-3pts, 3rd-1pt.
Girls vs girls 5pts winning team,
Everyone vs everyone 5pts winning team,

GAME 3: THROW-UP (27 points)
Each team will throw a teammate up as high as they can. The highest wins. You will have 10 seconds.

GAME 4: HOLD YOUR BREATH (15 points)
At the command “DIVE,” everyone submerges and holds their breath as long as they can. Once you can no longer hold your breath, come up for air and move to the side. The winner is the person who holds their breath the longest. You cannot touch others!

GAME 5: ROW SHAM BOW aka ROCK PAPER SCISSOR
6 rounds (30 points)
Upon the command ‘GO!” each will face off with another team player and together say & play, “ROW SHAM BOW!” Winner finds another team player to compete with and eliminated goes to the side. If you TIE, just play again till you get a winner. The last Team standing scores 5pts.

GAME 6: SHAPES (10 shapes/ 3 points each; 30 points)
MC will ask teams to form different shapes: - triangle, quadrilateral, pentagon, hexagon, straight line, circle, S, T, W, X, Y, A, B, F, G, H, K, L, P, Q, R, Z, SUN with leg rays....
First team to make the shape scores 3pts.

GAME 7: SINGSPERATION (10 songs/ 3 points each; 30 points)
MC will give a TOPIC that a song must be in like a color, city, name, date, day, animal, Christmas, water, cartoon, Disney, America, USA, God, number, boy’s name, girl’s name, beach, love, plant, artist's songs, hot, cold, man, woman, river, sea, country…. Each team will have 30 seconds to compile a list of songs. When the round begins, everyone must sing together a song with the TOPIC in the lyrics for at least 5-10 seconds to score.
If a song is repeated in the same round, that team is eliminated for that round.
If a team does not sing a song in 5 seconds when called upon to sing, they are eliminated for that round.
Each round will go until 1 of the 3 teams is left and they are the only ones that score 3 pts.
*MC will determine winner and eliminated.
GAME 8: TOOTHPICK GAME (3 rounds 15 points)
- The Toothpicker Hider will be in the pool. At the command “HIDE THE TOOTHPICK,” the hider will have 10 seconds to dive deep, swim around, splash around to hide the toothpick, and then come up out of the water and move aside.
Each person if they see the toothpick will have 5 seconds to dive in and retrieve the toothpick upon seeing the toothpick. They must move to the side if they do not have the toothpick after 5 seconds! Game continues until someone retrieves the toothpick in 5 seconds.
